All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice, though any changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, iDEAL, and Apple Pay. All payments are handled securely by Stripe.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the item is no longer available.

Every item sold through Mona Luxe is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We source exclusively from authorised channels and brand boutiques. A certificate of authenticity accompanies each purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer complimentary insured shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Information page. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds
