All orders placed at Mona Luxe include complimentary insured shipping within the Netherlands. Every item is carefully packaged in our signature gift box, wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with a ribbon.

Shipping costs outside the Netherlands are calculated when placing your order.

Delivery Times

Netherlands & Belgium: 1-2 business days

Germany, France, Austria: 2-3 business days

Rest of EU: 3-5 business days

United Kingdom: 4-6 business days

Rest of World: 5-10 business days

Packaging & Tracking

Each order is dispatched via DHL Express or UPS with full tracking and insurance for the total value of your purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

All items are shipped in discreet, unmarked outer packaging for security. Inside, your handbag will arrive in its original designer dust bag and box where available.

Customs & Duties

Orders within the European Union are delivered duty-free. For deliveries outside the EU, any applicable customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.
