14-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

Return Conditions

The item must be unused and in its original condition

All tags, dust bags, and original packaging must be included.

Items must be returned in the Mona Luxe shipping box.

Proof of purchase is required.

Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

How to Return

1. Contact our Customer Care team at returns@monaluxe.com to request a return authorisation

2. You will receive a prepaid return label and instructions via email

3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging

4. Attach the return label and drop off at the nearest courier point

5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees availability.
